has-text-color\">En la Oficina de Formaci\u00f3n Docente tenemos como prop\u00f3sito general contribuir a la construcci\u00f3n de procesos y experiencias formativas para profesoras y profesores de la Unidad, mismos que a su vez deriven en experiencias de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje cada vez m\u00e1s significativas para docentes y estudiantes en el marco del Sistema Modular.\n\nPartimos de un enfoque formativo dial\u00f3gico, situado, continuo y entre pares, donde a partir del encuentro y di\u00e1logo constante entre docentes de las m\u00e1s diversas condiciones y trayectorias, podamos encarar colectivamente retos y problem\u00e1ticas docentes, as\u00ed como desarrollar estrategias para atenderlas de manera reflexiva y cr\u00edtica.\n\nPara lograrlo, proponemos de manera central el trabajo en torno al Programa de Formaci\u00f3n Docente, que tiene como objetivo contribuir a la mejora de la docencia en la Unidad en torno a algunos de los principales retos que enfrenta nuestro
